Inventors of Social Media must have intention to release Social Media. Social Media is one of the way to open and surf the rapid sophisticated technology. The expectation is to introduce technology for public. It is absolutely made to get advantages and good goal. 

Social Media has been spreading all over the world. It is always used to communicate in a long distance relations. It both simplifies and accelerates. It is used to share an information and as a case to express ourselves. All age can use Social Media. Nevertheless, many users are school- students and college- students. Perhaps, their first goal is to use Social Media just for exposing themselves and sharing their own activities. Yet, studying cannot be avoided by students as their obligate. Social Media will be so assistance if it is used well by users. What is one of? Students will be easy to get information in the education atmosphere such as scholarship’s information. The users can also do something intended to widen their insight. For example, by reading articles and up-to-date news will widen insight. Nobody forbids you to talk and discuss about lessons or home work without having face to face. That thing can be got in Social Media. 

 

Using Social Media will show you an awesome feedback if you treat it well. Users dominated by students can ask for questions and share about lesson. We can even explain something we know, hope to helping others to get it. We can be relaxed to study with friends. The education system within Social Media is usually called E-learning. By using Social Media, students will be more creative and more independent in studying. Students can study without having to be taught by a teacher.Yet, teacher’s presence in executing discussion group for lesson will make E-learning process better. It increases student’s quality. So that educational quality will be also absolutely better.We can read and know about something new. Either science or social case can be found. So many scientists share about new innovation, science secret, and even post about tips to do an experiment. How to adapt with surrounding will be got in Social-Media’s activities. 

Besides being very useful for students, it works for teachers and schools/universities as well. Teachers are increasingly simplified to contact their students such as for announcing either an important information or source lesson in Social Media, Blog etc. Teachers can collect assignments given by them to students by E-mail or Social Media. It means Social Media is a useful thing. Both teachers and students are simplified because of it.

We can find Discussion Groups where we can join them to study and discuss something easily. We can make a relation to foreign friends out there. Although we are in a far away, we can teach of something each other. We can know what educational system in other provinces or even countries. Especially for teachers, who can adopt and apply good habits in education for teaching method, for example. There are some of Social Media which are able to give many good roles such as Facebook, twitter, blog, and YouTube. Student’s quality will be better if students use Social Media well and minimize the wrong act in Social Media. 

One of activities in education is character building. And we can find that in Social Media. We can definitely read the awesome quote from religious leaders, teachers, motivators and so on. Even now, mostly Educational Department has had an official account in Social Media. It makes it often share an announcement by Social Media besides its official website. It must work. We have seen this case. Students occasionally have laziness to go to website. Students who are doing Social Media will accidentally see the announcement and automatically read it. 

But, besides that there are negative things for Social Media users. The things are usually done by students. Students will often express themselves and share what they are doing. So that it will disturb their time for having E-learning or discussing of lesson. We should not make something intending good be bad. 

We can conclude that the important thing is how the way we treat Social Media itself. Lots of advantages we get in Social Media are useful in Education.In the educational atmosphere, Social Media has many roles. Yet, it depends on us. The role of Social Media in education is made by users. Social Media is sort of the influential thing. We can get positive thing from it by using it well. And we can get negative thing from it by using it badly.
